if i ever, ever had the slightest “doubt” of this is where i should be in life right now, it has vanished…i have a wonderful husband who put other things on hold tonight to help me with our bedroom. better yet, he had to run to walmart to pick up a few items. when he returned from the store, he appeared in our bedroom with a couple bags of things. he wore the biggest grin and told me that he brought me home a few surprises. happily, he unveiled a gallon of apple cider, milk, and oreos.
…and in that moment my heart melted. it really is the little things that make my little heart pitter-patter. i am truly blessed.
p.s. he is still in the bedroom putting on the finishing touches while i am on tumblr. what.a.guy. <3
